Egg fried rice ingredients
- 2 chicken eggs (per 1 dish of egg wrapped rice)
- Onion, chopped
- vegetable oil for stir frying
- Chopped garlic
- Pork, cut into small pieces
- Carrots cut into small pieces
- Broccoli stalks cut into small pieces
- mushrooms cut into small pieces
- Herbal rice cooked
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Onion, chopped
- Vegetable oil (for frying eggs)
How to make herbal fried rice with egg wrapped.
- Beat the eggs until they break. Then filtered with a sieve to be smooth.
- Heat the pan over high heat. Add vegetable oil. When hot, add onion and stir fry until done. Then add the minced garlic and stir to combine.
- Add pork, stir fry until almost cooked. Then add the carrots, broccoli and mushrooms and stir until the vegetables are almost cooked.
- Add steamed rice and stir. Season with tomato sauce, soy sauce, granulated sugar, sea salt and black pepper, stir until combined. Finally, add the spring onions and stir until the ingredients are well mixed in a prepared container.
- Heat the pan over low heat, add vegetable oil. When hot, fry the filtered chicken eggs and fry. Spread it into strips, fry until done
- Scoop the fried rice and place it in the middle of the egg. Fold both sides of the eggs together. Then put the plate upside down on the egg. Then turn the pan over and ready to serve.
