Herbal Brown Rice Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 large chopped onion
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 + 1/4 cup water
• 1 + 1/2 cup brown rice
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• Salt
• Pepper

How to make steamed brown rice.
