How to make omelette
- Bring the Teflon pan over high heat. Add a little vegetable oil. Beat enough eggs without cracking. Pour into the pan (Trick: seasoning with salt and pepper)
- Use chopsticks or a spatula to stir the eggs together and shake the pan back and forth to make the eggs evenly cooked and the meat to the side of the egg (Trick: if not stir and shake the pan with the speed, the eggs will be cooked into cubes)
- Spread the eggs at the edge of the pan with chopsticks to allow the eggs to roll easily.
- Bend and tilt the pan together with chopsticks to fold the eggs together.
- Fold the top and bottom of the egg to create a beautiful shape. (Trick: fold and pan down until the eggs are fully connected.)
- Shake and tilt down the pan until the eggs roll together to form a rugby ball.
- Scoop the fried rice in a rugby shape mold. Press firmly on the plate and turn the eggs out of the pan. Put on the rice (Trick: shape shaped rice will make the eggs flow into lava.)
- Pour demi-glace sauce or other sauce as desired and then slit the eggs lengthwise.
- When the eggs are separated Eggs that are not well cooked will flow out like lava. (Trick: If not slit immediately, the eggs will be hot, causing the eggs to ripen more)
