How to make omelette

  1. Bring the Teflon pan over high heat. Add a little vegetable oil. Beat enough eggs without cracking. Pour into the pan (Trick: seasoning with salt and pepper)
  2. Use chopsticks or a spatula to stir the eggs together and shake the pan back and forth to make the eggs evenly cooked and the meat to the side of the egg (Trick: if not stir and shake the pan with the speed, the eggs will be cooked into cubes)
  3. Spread the eggs at the edge of the pan with chopsticks to allow the eggs to roll easily.
  4. Bend and tilt the pan together with chopsticks to fold the eggs together.
  5. Fold the top and bottom of the egg to create a beautiful shape. (Trick: fold and pan down until the eggs are fully connected.)
  6. Shake and tilt down the pan until the eggs roll together to form a rugby ball.
  7. Scoop the fried rice in a rugby shape mold. Press firmly on the plate and turn the eggs out of the pan. Put on the rice (Trick: shape shaped rice will make the eggs flow into lava.)
  8. Pour demi-glace sauce or other sauce as desired and then slit the eggs lengthwise.
  9. When the eggs are separated Eggs that are not well cooked will flow out like lava. (Trick: If not slit immediately, the eggs will be hot, causing the eggs to ripen more)
