How to make sticky rice

- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tablespoons of limewater [Click on how to make limewater]
- 1/2 cup concentrated pandan juice
- 1 cup sugar
- Roasted black sesame or roasted white sesame (or both types)
How to make sticky rice
- 1. Put sticky rice with hot coconut milk, salt, lime water and pandan juice in a bowl, stir to combine.
- 2. Close the plastic preserving food (or dish). Leave for 20-30 minutes for the sticky rice to absorb. Mix everything that comes in.
- 3. Add granulated sugar, stir to combine.
- 4. Taste in a pan. Use medium heat for sweet and sticky rice indefinitely by blueprint to make sticky rice so that the glutinous rice is arranged beautifully and not broken in the middle.
