How to make sticky rice

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 2 tablespoons of limewater [Click on how to make limewater]
  • 1/2 cup concentrated pandan juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Roasted black sesame or roasted white sesame (or both types)

How to make sticky rice

  • 1. Put sticky rice with hot coconut milk, salt, lime water and pandan juice in a bowl, stir to combine.
