Ingredients for 2-3 people

1 cup black glutinous rice (soak in water for 1 night)

Granulated sugar (can add more sugar) 1/2 cup

1 tablespoon of cornstarch or flour (mixed with water)

Steamed taro Dices Small, large, as you like, as you like

Young coconut meat, as you like

Longan as you like

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

1 snakehead salt

Rice flour (mixed with a little water) 2 teaspoons

method

Preparation time: 12 hours

Cook time: 1 hour.

  1. Black glutinous rice that has been soaked for 1 night. Wash thoroughly, put in a pot, add water to flood the rice.

Use medium heat until cooked.

Tip: Always stir the rice often. Be careful of burns. If not cooked, dry water, add more water.
